The staff was helpful and responsive to our needs. The location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. We also enjoyed the nicely decorated apartment.
There were too many rules and requirements for travelers, which made it feel less like a hotel. The lack of shampoo and body wash was inconvenient.
